01 Risk management in nuclear

Project and enterprise risk for large nuclear programs, including quantitative cost and schedule risk assessment and regulatory compliance. She now advises on the Cernavoda Unit 1 CANDU refurbishment. In 2023 she completed an independent assessment of OPG's small modular reactor risk management program.

02 Program and project management

Program controls across cost, schedule, reporting and change, with risk built into planning from the start. At Bruce Power, Tatyana built and led an 18-member risk team overseeing more than $2 billion a year in capital programs.

03 Governance

Risk governance that leadership can use to make decisions. Atilak sets up the frameworks and oversight that show executives where the real exposures are and who owns them.

04 Operational risk

Atilak helps organizations bring environmental, social and governance risks into their existing risk process, where they are assessed and reported alongside operational risk. Tatyana holds the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designation.
