ABOUT ATILAK
Making risk work for the business
Risk is part of every organization. The challenge is understanding which risks matter, how they interact with the business, and what to do about them.

Tatyana Kalita founded Atilak Management Consulting after two decades building risk and program governance frameworks and processes for some of the largest and most complex capital programs in the world. Her current mandate covers risk management and governance for Cernavoda Unit 1 Refurbishment Program in Romania.

Previous client engagements include risk and project controls leadership on the major Component Replacement Program and Bruce C New Nuclear Program at Bruce Power, where her risk management program was recognized industry-leading. Tatyana also provided independent risk advisory for Ontario Power Generation's Small Modular Reactor project.

Prior to founding Atilak, Tatyana was engaged in senior advisory and executive roles at Export Development Canada, several major international insurance companies, and the Royal Bank of Canada – the 8th largest global bank.

Her practice draws on hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle: from feasibility and lender engagement through program delivery in both the Canadian and European nuclear markets.
